Hi. I’m Dale Warrander and welcome to my personal training and lifestyle website. I lead a team of dedicated personal trainers here on the Gold Coast whose passion is to see you lose weight and get fit fast!

Firstly, just a little bit about me. I am a fully qualified, full time, professional personal trainer serving the needs of people on the Gold Coast for over three years.

In my career as a professional runner I was sponsored by Nike, and competed in marathons in Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand; winning numerous times. One of my career highlights was to compete in the Olympic Games marathon in Athens in 2004.

One of the things I learned the hard way in my preparations for the 2004 Athens Olympics was the importance of getting the mix “right” between nutrition and exercise.

Since then I’ve continually developed and refined my personal training programs to achieve a finely tuned balance of nutrition, focused training and mindset that gets you looking and feeling great every single time.

  • Jump2it Gold Coast Marathon TrainingWe also train people who want to build their confidence to run in the Gold Coast Marathon. Last marathon we had 43 members run in the different races associated with the Gold Coast Marathon. It’s a lot of fun, with no pressure and everybody is simply encouraged to run their own personal best time.
